Slet din Minimatch-konto

Her kan du se, hvordan du sletter din konto i appen Minimatch (udvikler: Benjamin Walther), hvilke data der slettes, og hvor hurtigt det sker. Du kan slette kontoen når som helst, og det koster ikke noget.
Slet kontoen i appen
- Åbn Minimatch, og log ind.
- Tryk på Profil.
- Vælg Privatliv & data.
- Tryk på Slet konto, og bekræft med Ja, slet min konto.
Vil du gemme en kopi af dine data først, kan du trykke på Hent mine data på samme side.
Slet kontoen på nettet
Har du ikke appen længere, kan du slette kontoen i en browser på telefon eller computer:
- Gå til app.minimatch.dk.
- Log ind med den e-mailadresse, du bruger til Minimatch. Du får et login-link på mail.
- Følg trinene ovenfor: Profil → Privatliv & data → Slet konto.
Kan du ikke logge ind?
Skriv til kontakt@minimatch.dk med emnet Slet min konto, helst fra den e-mailadresse, kontoen er oprettet med. Jeg bekræfter, at mailen kommer fra dig, sletter kontoen og giver dig besked. Det sker inden for 30 dage, som regel inden for få dage.
Hvad bliver slettet?
Når du sletter kontoen, slettes følgende med det samme og endeligt:
- Din e-mailadresse, dit bruger-id og dine login-oplysninger
- Alle dine svar på navne (ja/nej) og dine favoritter
- Jeres fælles matches, hvis du bruger appen sammen med en partner, og koblingen til din partner
- Dine indstillinger, tokens til notifikationer og beskeder, du har sendt via appen
- Hvis du har logget ind med Apple, trækkes Minimatchs adgang til dit Apple-id tilbage
Din partner beholder sine egne svar og favoritter, men ikke jeres fælles matches.
Hvad bliver gemt, og hvor længe?
- Sikkerhedskopier af databasen overskrives automatisk inden for 7 dage. Indtil da kan dine data ligge i en sikkerhedskopi, men de bruges ikke.
- Serverlogs hos mine leverandører (fx IP-adresse og tidspunkt) slettes automatisk efter højst 30 dage.
- Mails til kontakt@minimatch.dk slettes, når din henvendelse er afsluttet, dog senest efter et år.
Der gemmes ikke andet. Sletningen kan ikke fortrydes. Vil du bruge Minimatch igen senere, opretter du bare en ny konto.

Delete your Minimatch account
This page explains how to delete your account in the Minimatch app (developer: Benjamin Walther), which data is deleted and how quickly. You can delete your account at any time, free of charge.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Minimatch and sign in.
- Tap Profile.
- Choose Privacy & data.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
To keep a copy of your data first, tap Download my data on the same screen.
Delete your account on the web
- Go to app.minimatch.dk.
- Sign in with the email address you use for Minimatch. You will get a sign-in link by email.
- Go to Profile → Privacy & data → Delete account.
Can't sign in?
Email kontakt@minimatch.dk with the subject Delete my account, ideally from the email address of your account. I will confirm the request comes from you, delete the account and let you know. This happens within 30 days, usually within a few days.
What is deleted
When you delete your account, the following is deleted immediately and permanently:
- Your email address, user ID and sign-in data
- All your answers to names (yes/no) and your favourites
- Your shared matches if you use the app with a partner, and the link to your partner
- Your settings, notification tokens and messages you sent through the app
- If you signed in with Apple, Minimatch's access to your Apple ID is revoked
Your partner keeps their own answers and favourites, but not your shared matches.
What is kept, and for how long
- Database backups are overwritten automatically within 7 days. Until then your data may exist in a backup, but it is not used.
- Server logs at my providers (such as IP address and time) are deleted automatically after 30 days at most.
- Emails to kontakt@minimatch.dk are deleted once your request is closed, and after one year at the latest.
Nothing else is kept. Deletion cannot be undone. If you want to use Minimatch again later, simply create a new account.
